Services Offered

FREE DELIVERY of our rental equipment to the Testing Facility on the day of your test

We’ll bring the rental equipment to the testing facility. The only things you need to bring is yourself, your permit, the receipt you were given at that time you received your paper permit, your current driver’s license and the proof of legal residency in the United States. Acceptable forms to prove legal residency are -

• a social security card
• a county issued birth certificate from the county you were born in
• a valid passport
• and any other documentation that the DMV may require of you (see F.A.Q. page)

• A FREE Pre-Trip information packet that has been comprised possible questions you might be asked during the Pre-Trip portion of the test. This packet is comprised from information that has been given to us by our past clients own personal experience. It is still in your best interest to read the CDL STUDY GUIDE provided for you at the DMV or you can download it from our media & links section.

• Side by side assistance to get you through the Skills Course - This means that we are by your side every step of the way helping to keep track of the points that you may or may not have accumulated. This way, you don't have to keep getting in and out of the truck to see how you scored.

• Skills Practic Days -
Skills Practice is offered based on appointment only and are on a first call first serve basis. So, if you feel you need skills practice time, please book your appointment time as soon as possible because our skills practice appointments fill up fast. We understand that everyone would like to practice during the daylight hours, however, there are only so many hours in a day that we are able to practice. That is why we have lights mounted all around our trailer as well as 4 extremely bright work lights, and  to light up the entire area for you. Because of all of these lights, practicing when the sun goes down is no problem at all for us.
(See the Contact page).

• Road Practice Days -
Road practice is offered to all of our clients. However, a minimum of 1 hour of Road Practice is mandatory for any of our clients wishing to test in a manual transmission truck. This is done for our clients benefit so they can get familiar with our truck and how it shifts. As we all know, each truck is different and shifts different from another. In order to test in a manual truck, you must have prior experience driving a manual transmission vehicle. Please be honest about your ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle when you call. If it is determined that you are unable to drive a manual transmission vehicle on the day of your Road Practice, you will only have a couple options available to you -

• You will either have to test in our automatic truck

- or -

• You will need to go to a CDL Truck Driving School because we are not a driving school and can not teach someone how to drive a manual transmission vehicle. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

• Pre-Trip Preparation -
Before the day of your test, if you choose, you have the opportunity to visually go through the Pre-Trip portion of the test to make sure that you have mentally prepared yourself for that portion of the testing process (providing you haven’t taken that part of the test yet). This is also done by APPOINTMENT ONLY. It is in your best interest to schedule a Pre-Trip Prep Day as close to your test day as possible. This way you have a much better chance of retaining all that you have mentally prepared yourself on before your test day. If you have already taken the Pre-Trip
portion of your test and passed it, don’t worry, you’re already through it and you don’t need to stress yourself out over that any longer.

• Test Retake Options -
If, for whatever reason, you do not pass any portion of your test on your first time out with the examiner and they allow you to retake your test on the same day, there is no additional charge to do so. We will wait there all day if that is what it takes for you to get your license. The only time there is an additional rental fee is if we have to reschedule your test for a different day. If we do need to schedule you another test day, we do offer a discounted rate so you won't be paying full price again. Please understand that we have no control whether the DMV will allow you to retake your test that same day. That is strictly up to the testing facility.

Pricing Break Down

How much do you charge for your services?
Our price is structured a couple of different ways. First, if you have absolutely no experience at all driving any type of combination vehicle (i.e. a boat trailer or landscaping trailer, etc.), then we insist that you take a practice day. This is for your benefit in order to help assure that you have a successful test day.
We don't want to rent our truck to someone to test in that has never driven a combination vehicle before and just think that they can pass the test without any practice. That wouldn't be fair to you.
Here is how the price structure is laid out for you - (Read Below)

Prices

Is a flat rate of $360 which includes FREE DELIVERY to the Testing Facility. There is NO ADDITIONAL FEE for you to pay to retake your test the same day (if the DMV examiner or managers allows it) if you are unsuccessful passing your test on your first attempt. We are there for you and we will wait as long as it takes.

You can test with us if you have all hours completed.
Or
Have received CDL Permit prior to 02/07/2022

However, if the DMV does not allow you to retake your test the same day and we do in fact have to schedule another day and send a guy back out, you will not have to pay the full test day price again. The retake price will be greatly reduced for you.
Please remember to always bring exact amounts.

GROUP PRACTICE POLICY

All practice is one on one - our client and our driver. The only time that a group practice would ever be allowed is if our client wanted his/her friend to join them on their practice and both persons are in agreement on the group ppractice. Outside of that, we do not feel that it is to our client's benefit to wait around a whole day and maybe only go around on the course a total of 3 or 4 times (if they're lucky).
Our client's time and money are valuable to them and neither should not be wasted standing around for a whole day hoping that they can get back in the truck and go around the course again.
That is why we will never offer Group Practice
Why pay thousands of dollars in a school when you don't have to?
